a. Enforcement update for failed hedge saplings at the rear of Meadow Walk

8. To request a pedestrian crossing for Church Road (near the Church Lane junction by the bus shelter) to link new developments to the village centre
9. To request a highways update on when Church Lane will be re-surfaced
10. To request highways actions to improve Church Lane hill
11. To support a request for bollards outside 12 Millfield Avenue
12. To support a request for a grit bin on Saxilby Heights
