P24/013 1 Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting.

To accept apologies of absence from Cllr Waller.

Having been proposed (Cllr S Hughes) and seconded (Cllr E Hillman), it was RESOLVED
to approve the following response.
The Council note that this is a retrospective planning application. As the timber clad shed has already been built. Council raised concerns regarding the size of the structure.
P24/017 5 147803 Planning application for the conversion and extension of barn and stable block to 1no. dwelling with garages and motor home carport. Odda Farm, Lincoln Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2NF.

P24/018 6 147924 Planning application for proposed single storey extension to side and rear of property, including new garage. 38 Torksey Avenue, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2HY.
Having been proposed (Cllr Hughes) and seconded (Cllr Barratt), it was RESOLVED:
Council have concerns about the height of the fence to the front and side of the property. It is not supported by 6.18 Saxilby with Ingleby Character Assessment, (2016). Low front fencing and open front boundaries contribute greatly to the settings in these residential areas.

Highways Matters
P24/020 8 To request a pedestrian crossing for Church Road (near the Church Lane junction by the bus shelter) to link new developments to the village centre

P24/021 9 To request highways update on when Church Lane will be re-surfaced
Having been proposed by (Cllr J Willox) and seconded by (Cllr I Willox), it was RESOLVED.
P24/022 10. To request highways actions to improve Church Lane hill
Having been proposed by (Cllr Barratt) and seconded by (Cllr I Willox), it was RESOLVED.
P24/023 11. To support a request for bollards outside 12 Millfield Avenue
Having been proposed by (Cllr J Willox) and seconded by (Cllr Hillman), it was RESOLVED.
P24/024 12. To support a request for a grit bin on Saxilby Heights
Deferred to clarify who is paying.

Having been proposed (Cllr Barratt) and seconded (Cllr I Willox), it was RESOLVED:
