4. Approve planning and development committee meeting notes as minutes for 21 January 2026 

5. Note the meeting action log and monthly coffee morning action log 

6. To contact nearby residents for their views on requesting an extension of double yellow lines on Torksey Avenue and Highways 

 

Objective: Respond to planning consultations in-line with the NDP, to meet the needs of the community and addressing any transport impacts 

Consider and agree consultee response to:

7. WL/2026/00065 Application for approval of reserved matters for the erection of 12no. single storey bungalows considering access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline permission WL/2024/00090 (145142) granted 13 December 2024. Land at 75 Church Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2PE.

Objective: Climate and biodiversity

8. To approve measures to support planning appeal Ref: APP/N2535/A/14/2223170 (Church Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN1 2PE) condition 9 (pp19) to retain the development boundary hedge at a height of no less than 3m 

9. Recommend to full council a finalised list of supported Community Asset Nominations for submission 

 

10. Hold a remote meeting to complete the National Highways and Transport (NHT) survey www.nhtnetwork.co.uk/isolated/data/scorecard/249233/scoring/16/section/12287
