3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
4. To approve the notes of the Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group held on 14 March 2023 and the chair top sign them as the agreed minutes
5. To elect the Chairman of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
6. To review and agree any actions from the Neighbourhood Plan Review Public Meeting (30/03/2023)
7. To note the next steps in the review process
8. Update of funding from Locality Funds
9. Date of the next meeting
