Notes of Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering (Work-ing) Group held on Tuesday 25 April 2023 at 7pm

There were none.
 

Meeting

1. Welcome and Introductions
Cllr Hillman welcomed everyone to the steering group, introductions were made.
 
2.Receive apologies for absence 
Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Crump.
     
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
There were none given.
 
4. To approve the notes of the Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group held on 14 March 2023 and the chair to sign them as the agreed minutes 
Paul Stafford proposed the notes as minutes and it was resolved. 
 
5. To elect the Chair of Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
Cllr Hewes nominated himself and this was resolved
 
6. To review and agree any actions from the Neighbourhood Plan Review Public Meeting (30/03/2023) 
The first public event was very positive with eighty residents attending. The notes  have been circulated to the steering group members. The next consultation event will be in June/July. It was noted that expectations need to be set before the meet-ing and clarification of the roles of the parish council, district council and the steer-ing group.
 
 
Question 1. Sewerage/drainage: 
It was proposed by Cllr Hillman that:
1. The parish council would arrange a meeting with Anglian Water with a member of the steering group, Cllr Brockway and a West bank resident. 
2. Pete Crowder will explore with residents of West bank their opinion of a West Bank action group which would be separate from the steering group and par-ish council. 
3. Any questions for the proposed meeting with Anglian Water to be discussed at the next meeting. 
This was resolved. 
 
Question 2. Infrastructure/traffic
Luke Brown will give an update on traffic issues and plans for the parish at the next meeting. 
 
Question 3. Development sites
Development sites are both already allocated in the new Local Plan, but Design Codes have been commissioned (to be undertaken by Locality) by the Steering Group meaning they will have an opportunity to shape the design to ensure it is a high quality scheme that will integrate into the surrounding area. This is due to  commence shortly. 
 
7. To note the next steps in the review process
Cllr Hillman will request a word version of the NDP for Luke Brown to start to make changes.
 
Communication with members of the group was discussed and is to be an agenda item at the next meeting.
 
Cllr Hillman agreed to give feedback at the next meeting regarding sewerage points on the Ingleby View development.
 
8. Update of funding from Locality Funds
Locality Funds that have not been spent in the financial year of 2022/23 will be returned. The final amount spent/returned will be shared at the next meeting.
 
9. Date of the next meeting
Thursday 23rd May 2023 at 7pm.
