4. Elect the Chair of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Steering (Working) Group
5. Approve notes of the 24 January 2023 Neighbourhood Development Plan meeting and the chair to sign as agreed minutes.
6. Review updated draft planning policies and legislation
7. Discuss the NDP vision and objectives for the parish (NDP, 2017, pp.13)
8. Recommend draft steering group terms of reference for Full Council approval
9. To agree consultation as part of the review process
