4. To elect the Chair of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group
5. Approve notes of the 23rd February 2023 Neighbourhood Development Plan Review
meeting and the chair to sign as agreed minutes.
6. To discuss the vision and objections for the parish (NDP, P.13)
7. To discuss and agree the updated Terms of Reference
8. To agree to the format of the first public meeting as part of the review process.
9. To discuss and agree a timeline for the Neighbourhood Plan review
