4. Approve notes of 14 March 2024 as minutes and the chair to sign
5. To discuss and agree recommendations to the planning committee regarding:
a. Opening of the footbridge on April 25
b. Fishing event in July
c. Music event in September
d. Refurbishment of the public toilets including funding (Masterplan 6.7)
e. Volunteer days 2024 and publicity/COMMS
f. Benches for the top towpath (Masterplan 6.14) including a potential memorial bench
g. Funding and fund raising
To receive updates and agree any actions on:
6. Refurbishment of the mosaic - discuss possible sited for the mosaic
7. Commissioning of the shoal of fish artwork (masterplan 6.4)
8. Wildflower sowing 2024
9. Refurbishment of the pipe bridge
10. Lincoln Community Lottery Funding update for March 2024

Closed Session: The working group resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
