15 Minutes Public Question Time

(Maximum three minutes per member of the public)

When members of the public may ask questions or make short segments to the council. Those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred, if appropriate to the next meeting.

 

Meeting

1. To receive and accept apologies for absence

2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

3. To approve the notes of 26 January 2023

4. To discuss the flood wall in line with the community consultation and the master plan.

5. To give feedback from a recent fund-raising event 

6. To discuss and agree the updated terms of reference

7. To note an update on the:

a. Memory tree 

b. Grants for the completion of the project 

c. Saxilby cycle path connection 

d. Actions for the damaged beech hedge

e. Refurbishment of Waterfront facilities including project plan and agree any actions

f. Feedback from the Waterfront Festival Task and Finish Group 2023

g. Planters along Bridge Street (Jenny Clarke)

8. CLOSED SESSION – The working group to resolve to go into closed session in ac-cordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following items on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by rea-son of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

9. To agree a quote for the new bus shelter on Queensway and make recommendations to Full Council.

10. To agree the date of the next meeting
