a) To consider and approve the final design of the information boards, and to recommend the design to the Planning & Development Committee subject to approval from Saxilby and District History Group
6. Project updates and actions:
a) Fundraising, including the Co-op Community Champion Scheme
b) Multi-agency meeting regarding deer in the canal
7. Budget update
8. To consider purchasing of hi-vis jackets for volunteers
9. To agree the date of the next meeting
