3. Approve meeting notes as minutes for 22 August 2025
4. Review V3 consultation plan and agree updates for planning and development committee ratification
5. Agree group members to work with consultant to develop a draft project plan with defined SMART goals to bring back to December WG meeting in-line with Westcroft Working Group Term of Reference 10.4
6. Agree next meeting dates and times

b. Wed 14 January (receive consultation report from consultant)
