The Annual Parish Meeting for Saxilby with Ingleby will take place on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at St Andrews Community Centre, Saxilby. Residents are invited to attend from 6:30pm for a meet and greet, with the meeting commencing at 7:30pm in the Function Room.
The meeting provides an opportunity to hear updates from local organisations, district and county councillors, and the Chair of the Parish Council on council activities over the past year. Electors will also have the chance to raise questions and discuss local matters.
Please note that the Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the electorate and not a formal meeting of the parish council.
Parking on-site is limited, so where possible attendees are encouraged to walk or cycle.
