Room Hire Information

 

St Andrews Community Centre is located on Saxilby Recreation Ground, at the bottom of William Street, in the centre of the village. It includes rooms for hire and a community library.

Hire Fees

Room hire charges are available in our Fees and Charges document (2026/27).

Booking requests can be made using our online booking system.

Rooms and Facilities

Function Room

Our Function Room is the largest space available for hire and is suitable for:

  • Exercise and fitness classes
  • Training sessions
  • Meetings and presentations
  • Community events
  • Parties and celebrations

Capacity:

  • Up to 80 seated
  • Up to 120 standing

Facilities include:

  • Tea and coffee facilities (additional charge applies)
  • Free WiFi
  • Accessible lift access
  • Toilets including accessible toilet

Location:

  • First floor, access via the main entrance

Room size:

  • 50ft x 32ft (approximately 1,600sq ft)

Youth Room

Our Youth Room, named as it was previously the home of Saxilby's Youth Group, is ideal for exercise classes, activities and community sessions. The room has an uncarpeted floor, making it particularly suitable for active use. This room is also suitable for children's parties, as the ceiling is high enough to allow for bouncy castles to be used.

  • Small kitchenette
  • Free WiFi

Meeting Room

Our Meeting Room provides a quieter space for smaller meetings and discussions.

  • Seating for 8-10 people

  • TV for presentations or online meetings

Our bar area provides a more relaxed environment for social events or informal meetings. A bar service can be provided if required - please contact Saxilby Sports Hub directly if you require this addition to your booking.
